The Cambridge Health Alliance's Center for Mindfulness and Compassion (CMC) is offering a variety of 8-week mindfulness-based programs, professional trainings, and daily FREE live online workshops. CMC's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) courses are offered multiple times per year, allowing for an immersive experience and learning about mindfulness and compassion practice. Each course includes 8 weekday evening courses and a Saturday retreat. Courses are open to all.
